By using Webhook.it, you agree to these Terms of Service. Here are the key points:

• The service is for development and testing only, not production
• Don't store sensitive data (passwords, credit cards, health data)
• Usage limits apply based on your plan
• You can cancel anytime
• We're not liable for data loss or downtime

Webhook.it is a SaaS platform that allows developers to:

• Generate unique webhook URLs for testing
• Receive and inspect HTTP requests in real-time
• View headers, payloads, and metadata
• Export webhook data in various formats

Important: The Service is intended for development and testing purposes only. It is not designed for production workloads or handling sensitive production data.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One free account per person or entity is permitted

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Store sensitive personal data (passwords, credit cards, SSN, health data)
• Use the Service for production workloads
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

The Service has different limits based on your plan:

Exceeding limits may result in rejected requests. We may modify limits with 30 days notice.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues only

EU Consumers: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already started using the Service with your explicit consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• You retain ownership of data you send through the Service
• We automatically filter sensitive headers for security
• Webhook data is deleted according to your plan's retention period
• We don't access your webhook data except for support when you request it

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without compensation.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• For Business plans, we target 99.9% uptime
• We are not liable for downtime or data loss

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 for free users.

These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

By you: You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.

By us: We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment (paid plans)
• Abusive or fraudulent activity
• Legal requirements

Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

• Consumers: May use their local courts as provided by applicable consumer protection laws
• Businesses: Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Naples, Italy

EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
